Munch District – Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy explains how the mobile game Munch District (package com.munchdistrict.game), published by ZendTech Solutions Limited ("we", "us"), handles information. We keep things simple: we do not run our own servers for this game, and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect your email, phone number, contacts, location or payment details. The game has no chat and no way for players to message each other.
2. Information stored only on your phone
- Game progress: coins, gems, levels, stats, settings and achievements.
- Profile: the player name you choose and your avatar.
- Profile photo (optional): if you pick a photo from your phone, it is shrunk and saved inside the game on your phone only. It is never uploaded anywhere.
This data stays on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it.
3. Google Play Games (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, Google shares your Play Games player name, profile picture and player ID with the game so it can show them in your profile. Your scores may be posted to the Google Play Games leaderboard, and your game progress (without your phone photo) may be saved to Google's cloud save so you can restore it on another device. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete Play Games data in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect:
- Your device's advertising ID
- Device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Ad interactions (views and taps)
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice from the game's settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Ads are limited to a maximum content rating of PG. Learn more: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
5. Children
Munch District is designed for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Security
Data is sent to Google over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data stored on your phone is protected by Android's app sandbox.
7. Your choices and deleting your data
- Clear the game's data or uninstall it to delete everything stored on your phone.
- Sign out of Play Games and delete Play Games data from the Google Play Games app or your Google Account.
- Change ad consent in the game's settings, or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Email us any time and we will help.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
